By buying an adopt/commission/custom/design/redesign from me, you agree that you're not going to receive anything physical, so you'll be neither receiving a package through mail nor a tracking number, instead you will recive your art through email or another platform.Currencies
I accept payments in PayPal and Swish. I will ask you for money through Paypal (I heard about something called invoice but not sure how to do that yet).PayPal taxes
All my commissions and adoptables prices have the tax price included in them but I wouldn't mind if you added a tip!Underage Customers
When someone underage orders something from me it'll be automatically supposed that they have parental concern to do so but I will also ask if they have premission but won't look much into it. I won't accept refunds under the excuse that "my kid bought it without my authorization". I apologize.Charges
I may charge for complex designs, add-ons or backgrounds. I will only do it if I feel like what you are paying for isn't enough for what you are asking for.
for extra characters at the moment will be half the price of the original price. (+50%)

This agreement is between I, the Artist, and you, the Client.Content
I, the Artist, have the right to refuse projects and requests according to my discernment and capabilities. Some content that I will not be comfortable with representing include:

- Explicit p0rn0graphic NSFW
- Copying other's styles
- Gender identities and cultures I feel I may not be able to accurately or authentically portray or represent well).
Timeline & Process
The completion of the Work requires 1 week at minimum, and may typically average 1 day to 3 weeks, depending on commission type, complexity, workload of commissions or if I, the artist is busy. Deadlines and timelines will be adhered to in good faith but may not be possible sometimes.I, the artist will show you and tell you all my changes and check with you what you think about the idea. You will mostly get uppdates about changes in the sketch and the background, and if it is a big change I want to make in the lineart.I the artist, work as best when I am given the artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide: I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, please allow and expect some variations.Additional charge may be required if you would want me to change the finished product or anything that may impact the progress and timeline of the project.Delivery of finished Work will be through Email / telegram or other prefered platform..
Communication
Communication will take place throughout the entire project timeline with updates and bouncing ideas. I will typically ask for feedback when I have something to show. I will let you know if anything is causing delays or priority shifts in the project.I will use Instagram DMs / Telegram DMs / discord DMs to communicate. I will typically respond quickly but may also take time if I am busy, sleeping or didn't see the notification.Clients agree to provide all required art, references, information and assets before Work starts and during the process, or it can affect the timeline..
Rights, Usage & Credits
I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be anything other then to use it for advertising, displaying the Work in my website, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.The process will likely be posted on Instagram and may perhaps be streamed on Twitch or Youtube unless Clients request otherwise before project begins.Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the Work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties.
Personal use includes:
Social media profile pictures, Wallpapers, personal website display, social media posts, physical prints and products that is not for sale to any other party. But remember that you MUST credit me (art.lillys) as the artist.Clients may not claim Work as their own or anyone else’s and therefore must credit me as the Artist using my socialtag/username/link which is Art.lillysClients may not at any time modify, edit, change the work without permission from the Artist. Unless specified in the commission information or otherwise discussed and agreed upon.Any Work done or made available to the Client must not be used for NFT, any blockchain purposes or AI (Artificial intelligence)..
Payment
You pay me after the sketch is finished and if you (as earlier explained) want me to change the finished product it may cost depending on what you want to change.
When invoice or payment link is received, the Client agrees to pay within 74 hours unless payment is on hold or if they told me ahead of time when they are gonna pay me. But if not payed within the time decided I, the artist will not continue with the commission.If for any unforeseen reason I cannot complete the Work or the Work is significantly delayed by 2 months, I will take initiative to inform you and provide a partial refund if Work done up to this point is accepted or full refund.
Refunds/Cancellation
Refunds are not possible after payment. If there was a mistake in the process I may send 50% of the payment back depending on the mistake and also the process I got so far.If Client requests cancellation that is okey as long as I, the artist haven't started working on the commission..
Agreement
I reserve the right to refuse to accept projects if it does not fit with my studio.By commissioning, you confirm you are at least 18 and above or have a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the terms of service as listed above.
